My goals for this year: run 1,500km, 4 half-marathons, and a full-marathon.

My goal in life: keep traveling to run races around the world.

This is a blog to share my running experiences. I started running in July 2016, when I looked at myself in the mirror and saw that I was fat. My BMI was indicating my obesity and I just didn’t like the way I looked.

So I started training.

It started with a couple of gym sessions. Then it became adding a few miles per week. Before I knew it, I went from not being able to run more than 20 minutes, to training for a marathon. Oh, and I also lost almost 15 kg or around 30 lbs.

I love running because I can constantly see myself improving. I ran my first half-marathon this March, and I am running another one in a week. I know from my training that I am going to get a much better time.

Thanks for visiting my blog - I hope it inspires all past, present, and future runners!
